Inspired by the Wrendale ‘Hopeful’ design, the illustrated character by Hannah Dale, Ralph Labrador Junior is loveable and loyal.

Cuddle up with this stunning plush character Labrador. Ralph has a cream fur coat with brown nose and paws. His gorgeous face features fluffy cheeks, beady eyes and a brown stitched nose. He is complete with the Wrendale logo stitched to one of his paws.

Each plush animal comes with a little tag with information about the character.

Ralph loves to lend a helping paw and is constantly looking for ways to be useful. He is always tidying up any food that he can find, even if it means jumping onto a table to get to it. He also tries his best to do the same with shoes that are left lying around but doesn’t think they taste quite as good. Bright and playful, Ralph’s perfect day would include sniffing out the muddiest puddles for a good roll and then winding down with a nap snuggled up on a lovely clean sofa. He’s an excellent runner although rarely wins any races as he’s easily distracted by a passing rabbit or interesting smell.

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
